This role is designed for individuals with either lived experience or academic qualifications in mental health, emphasizing a person-centered, harm reduction model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mobile crisis de-escalation and support
• Perform safety assessments and develop care plans
• Engage in actively listening and supportive communication




• Collaborate with mental health professionals and other service providers
• Assist clients in navigating mental health services
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in mental health services
• Familiarity with harm reduction and trauma-informed care
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques
• Proven ability to manage challenging interactions
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
