and a flexible, work-life balanced environment that supports your professional growthThe wage for this Sterilization Assistant position is $X-$X/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.Your Role:Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulationsOperate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentationMaintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readinessEnsure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocolsIdentify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptlyCollaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flowAbout You:Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an assetCompletion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is preferredExperience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an assetApplication Information: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
