Who We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of recent Canadian accounting experience
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable within a rapid‑paced environment
- Previous automotive dealership accounting experience is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with PBS is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

Full‑time; Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$48,000 - $52,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform collection calls, follow-ups, and receipt of payments
- Process and update pre‑authorized payment adjustments for client and bank records
- Post and reconcile manufacturer billing documents and statements
- Reconcile schedules and accounts as directed
- Complete weekly office supply ordering
- Work closely with Department Leaders and the Controller to obtain or correct required documents
- Handle daily payment reconciliations
- Complete data entry tasks as required
- Prepare cheques and bank deposits
- Maintain confidentiality in all accounting matters
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company expectations in interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors
