We are partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-cycle AR role with a strong focus on customer interaction, collections, and billing accuracy across both Canadian and U.S. accounts.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and enjoys being in a front-facing, customer-focused role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounts receivable for a portfolio of customers across North AmericaGenerate and issue accurate invoices and monthly account statementsProcess incoming payments (EFT, credit card, cheque) and apply accordinglyPerform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesMonitor aging reports and proactively manage collections to ensure timely paymentFollow up with customers on outstanding balances and resolve billing inquiries or disputesReview and process credit applicationsSupport order processing and invoicingCollaborate with internal teams (including Sales) to resolve billing or order-related issuesSupport Controller with Month End closeQualificationsMinimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience in a full-cycle capacityDiploma or certificate in Accounting or Finance is preferredStrong experience working with accounting softwareProven experience handling collections and high-volume invoicingExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong customer service mindset with the ability to professionally manage external relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident, proactive, and solutions-oriented approachIf you are interested please apply today for immediate consideration!Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
