A leading global organization is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee controllership, treasury, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities across a complex business platform. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting or finance professional who enjoys building scalable processes, strengthening controls, and working closely with senior stakeholders.About the RoleReporting to senior finance leadership, this position will play a key role in strengthening the organization's finance infrastructure. You'll oversee financial close and consolidation activities, provide technical accounting guidance, manage treasury operations, and lead initiatives that improve processes and controls.What You'll DoOversee financial close and reporting activities across multiple entitiesLead consolidation processes, including intercompany activity and related adjustmentsPrepare financial analysis, management reporting, and materials for senior leadershipMaintain effective internal controls and support compliance with applicable accounting standards and organizational policiesCoordinate with internal and external audit teams and manage related information requestsResearch complex accounting matters and prepare technical documentation supporting significant transactionsEvaluate accounting considerations related to investments, acquisitions, restructurings, dispositions, and financing activitiesOversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, banking relationships, and payment approvalsCoordinate funding, distributions, capital activity,
