Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement executive compensation programs
• Perform proxy-related analysis and evaluations
• Prepare engaging presentations and client-ready materials
• Develop board and compensation committee deliverables
• Conduct annual and long-term incentive plan reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Experience with compensation survey data preferred
