ComPsych is seeking skilled behavioral health clinicians to join our EAP Provider Network. In this independent role, you will provide high-quality counseling focused on practical strategies and coping skills tailored to individual needs. The position emphasizes face-to-face interactions to support those facing workplace stress, anxiety, grief, and other behavioral health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term EAP counseling services in-person
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients managing work-life balance and relationship challenges
• Maintain clinical documentation as per regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with ComPsych’s clinical processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
• Minimum 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience
• Skilled accreditation or registration
• Active liability insurance coverage
• Recent resume or CV submission
