Calgary Co-op Pharmacy seeks a Specialty HUB - Pharmacist to deliver specialized pharmaceutical care for patients on specialty and biologics medications. You will report to the Pharmacy Manager and ensure protected, effective therapy for patients with complex conditions.

Responsibilities include medication management, patient consultations, prior authorization coordination with insurers, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists to optimize outcomes.
