What You'll Do: Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a secure work environment Develop and implement production plans with forage seed growers, developing forecasts, product placement, and seed plant cleaning guidance Support the supervision of daily branch and plant operations,



including receiving, processing, storage, distribution, shipping, housekeeping, and customer service activities Lead, coordinate, and schedule staff activities to ensure operational effectiveness, productivity, and customer service excellence Support the management of the seed plant operation to achieve financial, operational, quality, and service objectives while balancing the needs of the Seed Division, retail business, and third-party customers Analyze operational processes, quality metrics, market trends, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, asset utilization, and business growth Evaluate seed quality results, provide recommendations regarding product disposition, and ensure seed products meet established quality specifications and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Plant Management, Product Line Managers, Production teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute processing, cleaning, inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and product return plans Coordinate import and export activities for seed products, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met Maintain compliance with seed regulations, industry standards, corporate policies, environmental, health and safety requirements, and quality assurance programs Manage inventory, warehousing, and asset utilization to ensure efficient storage, accessibility, stock accuracy, loss prevention, and effective inventory risk management Monitor commodity inventory price risk, industry purchases, and carrying costs to support profitability objectives Review third-party processing accounts and transactions to ensure accurate billing and timely
