Role Summary
Astadaily® is a Canadian consumer wellness and CPG brand specializing in premium natural astaxanthin supplements. Backed by the scientific expertise of Iconthin Biotech , we develop thoughtfully formulated products to support everyday wellness.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Account Manager to manage daily marketplace operations and support account performance.
This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable managing listings, advertising, account health and operational issues independently. You will work with our marketing and operations colleagues to keep accounts running smoothly and improve the customer experience.
Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads is required.
Responsibilities
Manage daily Amazon North America account operations and monitor account health.
Maintain and optimize product listings, A+ Content and Brand Store pages.
Plan, manage and evaluate Amazon advertising campaigns.
Coordinate promotional activities and product updates.
Review account performance and recommend practical improvements.
Coordinate inventory requirements and FBA replenishment with operations.
Investigate and resolve listing, inventory and account issues.
Work with creative colleagues on marketplace images, videos and copy.
Maintain accurate reports and communicate priorities to the team.
Follow Amazon policies and use approved product information.
Support related e-commerce projects at our parent company, Iconthin Biotech, when needed.
What We’re Looking For
