Our client Purolator, a leading transportation and logistics organization, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Retail Customer Service team supporting customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal business partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Location: 12020 Nordel Way, Surrey, BC
Pay Range: $21.55
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Shifts will vary; flexibility required. 30 hours per week.

What’s the Job?

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone with shipping inquiries, account support, and service solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns, problem shipments, and operational issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process shipments, scan and log freight, perform cash reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Head Office, local management, drivers, account managers, and warehouse teams to ensure service excellence.
- Support retail operations through relationship building, technology troubleshooting, and promotion of products and services.

What’s Needed?

- 3–12 months of customer service experience preferred.
- 3–12 months of retail and/or POS system experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods; commitment to safety standards and attendance requirements.
