Job Title: Application Support Analyst (Windows / Citrix) Location: Ottawa, ON (Remote) Duration: Contract Rate: CAD$80-90/hr INC +HST Note: Reliability clearance required Windows Server experience Application support experience SQL knowledge – Ability to query the database and de-bug problems (rather than DB admin); SQL server knowledge is an asset Peripheric knowledge – scanners, barcode reader, signature paths, etc. Citrix knowledge (application-based), Citrix Policy Group Policy Pharmacy process knowledge is an asset Windows configuration (proxy, registry) Troubleshooting skills Experience managing upgrades
