Application Support Analyst Job Summary The

Application Support Analyst will work directly with the Program Manager to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various business applications. This role requires effective communication between end users, software vendors, and the IT team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and developing training materials.

Job Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for various IT applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot reported application issues. Monitor application performance and perform maintenance and upgrades. Assist with application rollouts, updates, and testing, including quality assurance (QA). Document applications, processes, and procedures. Create training materials in written or video format. Deliver training to business users as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Relevant post-secondary education.

Experience supporting enterprise applications. Previous service desk experience. Application support and troubleshooting experience. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.



Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft products.
