This full-time position at the City of Brandon focuses on the compliance processes of municipal by-laws. The successful candidate will possess robust legislative research skills, drafting expertise, and will act as a Screening Officer under the Municipal By-Law Enforcement Act. Supporting various City departments, you will ensure that by-laws are operationally effective and legally sound.

• Lead by-law administration processes for City departments • Provide expertise in legislative drafting and compliance • Conduct legislative research and jurisdiction comparisons • Manage development of standardized by-law templates • Liaise with City departments regarding by-law tickets
