The Career

Foundation, a recognized non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Area Manager for its Scarborough Employment Centre. This full time role requires strong leadership in managing a team and ensuring compliance with Employment Ontario standards. You will cultivate a positive service environment while leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily client service delivery and team performance
- Monitor compliance with funder requirements and quality assurance standards




- Develop performance improvement plans based on data analysis
- Manage budget expenditures and financial documentation
- Address stakeholder feedback and maintain service records Requirements:
- Five years of experience in management within Employment Services
- Familiarity with Employment Ontario IES model
- Strong skills in team coaching and performance management
- University degree or equivalent experience required
