Technical Delivery Manager

6-month contract, hybrid, downtown Toronto

We're working with a client in Toronto seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day delivery across Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

Manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, defects, testing activities, and release readiness.

Coordinate efforts across multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution.

Partner closely with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners,



and business stakeholders to drive project success.

Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid background leading complex technology delivery initiatives.

Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing cross-functional teams in multi-vendor environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes.
