Become a key player in Kia Canada's Warranty Management team. As a Warranty Advisor, you will process dealer claims, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with warranty policies.
This role requires strong technical expertise in the automotive sector and a background in dealer service operations. You will review warranty claims, approve work authorizations, and provide essential training for dealer staff. In addition, you’ll support management in controlling warranty compliance and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process dealer warranty claims
• Approve Prior Work Authorization requests
• Communicate with dealers for timely processing
• Conduct training sessions for warranty staff
• Identify and address out-of-policy warranty conditions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service operations
• Robust automotive technical knowledge preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Educational background in a related field
