RW&CO; in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and uphold a culture of engagement and excellence. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive performance and ensure each customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll coach and develop staff on the sales floor, participate in hiring and onboarding, manage inventory and visual displays, and support omnichannel initiatives.
