Dollarama in Montreal, QC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

The role requires at least two years in retail and in a supervisory capacity, open availability, and solid leadership with excellent communication and decision-making skills. You will train staff, manage operations, and ensure safety and standards.
