Join Our Growing Family Law Team in Halifax

Our Halifax office is excited to welcome an Associate Lawyer to our dynamic Family Law practice group. In this role, you will work closely with clients during some of the most meaningful and transformative moments of their lives. You’ll handle a full spectrum of family law matters, including:

- Cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts
- Issues arising from the breakdown of marriages and common-law relationships
- Parenting and custody arrangements
- Child and spousal support
- Division of matrimonial property and business assets

We offer the opportunity to build a rewarding practice with the support of an experienced, collaborative, well-resourced team.

What You Bring

You are a committed legal skilled with 3–5 years of family law experience and bring:

- Strong analytical and legal writing abilities
- Confident courtroom and advocacy skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to client matters

- A compassionate, client-centered approach to practice
