Become an integral part of the Revelstoke Eleven Lodge team! We're seeking guest service-oriented lodge staff for a agile role focused on hospitality and maintenance in a stunning BC location.
As a lodge staff member at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge, you'll assist in a range of guest-facing duties such as serving meals, supporting front desk operations, and maintaining lodge facilities. With a commitment to high-quality service, you will collaborate closely with Experience Managers and team members in delivering exceptional experiences to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with lodge guests throughout their stay
• Set up and maintain breakfast and après service
• Perform turndown service and light housekeeping
• Provide local transportation and assist guests with logistics
• Assist with general errands and vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a hospitality role
• BC Serving It Right certification
• Valid driver’s license for guest transport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends
