About Blue Collar Therapy
Blue Collar Therapy is a family-run private psychotherapy practice in Stirling, Ontario. We work with people who don’t often find their way to a therapist’s office, including tradespeople, farmers, first responders, athletes, couples and rural families. Many of our clients are coming to therapy for the first time, and some travel from as far as Ottawa for in-person sessions.
Our motto is “Real Support. Real Life,” and we bring that same down-to-earth approach to how we support our team. We are a small, close-knit practice where clinicians know the people running the business, have input into how things are done, and never have to manage difficult cases on their own.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate Therapist to join our team on a contract basis.
About the Role
Our therapists provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to adults, couples and families using a practical, straightforward and collaborative approach. Our primary client population is working-class men, couples and families from rural communities, although opportunities to work with other populations are available depending on your experience and interests.
Our admin team manages booking, intake, billing and client follow-up through Jane App, so you can focus your time on clinical work.
