DESCRIPTION

- Effectuer la livraison en temps opportun de café et de produits connexes aux clients sur un itinéraire assigné (environ 15 livraisons par jour).
- Effectuer du nettoyage préventif afin de réduire le nombre d’appels de service.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et conforme à toutes les exigences; législatives ainsi qu’à toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.

QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES

- Diplôme d’études secondaires, de préférence.
- 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle de conduite/livraison semblable.
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conducteur vierge.

COMPÉTENCES

- Bilinguisme dans les provinces concernées.
- Excellentes compétences de communication.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle.
- Connaissances en informatique, incluant une connaissance des courriels, de la suite Microsoft Office, des applications Internet et des logiciels de contrôle des stocks.
- Capacité à accomplir des tâches exigeantes sur le plan physique, incluant le soulèvement de charges lourdes (jusqu’à 50 lb).

Rémunération globale

CAD $41,900.00 - $54,912.00 annuellement.

DESCRIPTION

- Perform timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day).
- Perform preventive cleaning in order to decrease the number of service calls.
- Maintain a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School diploma preferred.
- 1 year in similar driving/delivery role.
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

COMPETENCIES

- Bilingualism in concerned provinces.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer literacy including knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
