CarPro Auto Service, now a NAPA AutoPro located in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia, a division of Zacks Auto Sales and Financing, seeks a Service Advisor. You will be the first contact for customers, advise on needed services and routine maintenance, and book appointments.
We expect robust customer service skills, an ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques, and the desire to build lasting customer relationships. Previous Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.
