We are seeking a Automotive Service Consultant in the Calgary, AB to coordinate vehicle repairs, review maintenance estimates and invoices, and provide excellent support to drivers and fleet managers.

Pay - $70-$85K Shift - Day Key Responsibilities Review vehicle maintenance requirements, repair estimates, service history, and technical recommendations. Coordinate repair approvals, purchase orders, warranty claims, and service contract coverage. Communicate with drivers, fleet managers, vendors, and repair facilities regarding maintenance needs and repair progress.

Review and verify repair invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and negotiate cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repair decisions and cost savings.



Arrange towing and alternative transportation when required.

Address service concerns and help resolve repair quality issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent practical experience. Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
