Ultra Maritime seeks a Software Manager to lead a team responsible for software/firmware in sonar systems. You will oversee design, coding, testing, and integration across multiple shipboard environments, shaping the technical direction of the department.

Reporting to the VP Engineering, you will drive SDLC excellence, build roadmaps, and recruit top talent to solve challenging engineering problems. Canadian/NATO clearance eligibility is required.
