Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving




- Restock bar supplies regularly and coordinate with management for inventory needs

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising service quality
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory tracking
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
