belairdirect, part of Intact, is hiring bilingual Associates in Sales and Customer Service. The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Montreal and Sherbrooke and starts January 11, 2027. You’ll help Canadians protect their assets, provide transparent insurance guidance, and grow with an accelerated career path and annual bonus program.

Training lasts three months with daytime hours, then evenings 40h/week. Fluency in French is required.
