Your responsibilities will also include staying updated on industry regulations like B20, AML, and KYC. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage documentation for timely mortgage processing
- Assess up to four applications daily for approval
- Communicate with brokers regarding application conditions

- Collaborate with Originations to meet performance targets Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 3 years in residential mortgage underwriting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory legislation and documentation
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills
