TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Business/Data Analyst Duration : This is a 12 month contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.) 5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare (highly regulated environments) 2.) 5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experiences (Bachelors Degree) or 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience (Masters Degree) 3.) Understand concepts of Project Management and Agile mindset (documentations, road mapping etc.) 4.) Writing technical documentation skills 5.) Reading and writing code within Python and SQL 6.) Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint experience 7.) CoPilot experience SOFT SKILLS: 1.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 2.) Well organized, strong time management 3.) Translating technical concepts into business acumen 4.) Open to being adaptable with the day to day work NICE-TO-HAVE 1.) Any AI, Data science or Cloud certifications 2.)
