Finance and Facilities.- As part of Agile the Product Manager is a Product Owner responsible for creating Features and Stories and attending governance meetings for reporting KPI's\ general performance and risksDelegate for special projects ensuring implementation is on time, on budget and risk management. Communicating with KPI's to senior management, resolving challenges with minimal oversight and providing options when required.- Understanding the cost input into our DC portfolio for annual rate setting on Enterprise Data Centers; this will be a key driver to cost savings initiatives. The main source of cost allocation to DC’s will be facilities.- Business Wrappers (Create, seek approval, create purchase orders, approve invoices)Colo Service Orders, Support renewals for vendors (consultants, distributors, low voltage contractors, manufacturers and e-waste providers).- Estate management:Reviewing lease expiry, should we renew or migrate to another facility.Evaluating annual price increases and costs for expansion of existing footprint in accordance with TD's negotiated rates.
