As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.

WhatYou'llDo

- SupportProjectManagersintheplanning,execution,anddeliveryofmultipleconstructionprojects
- Coordinatecommunicationbetweenprojectteams,fieldstaff,subcontractors,suppliers,andconsultants
- Assistinmanagingprojectschedules,budgets,andprogresstracking
- Prepareandreviewshopdrawings,RFIs,changeorders,andprojectdocumentation
- Supportprocurementactivitiesincludingmaterialtracking,deliveries,andvendorcoordination
- Assistwithsubmittals,close-outdocumentation,warranties,andcompliancerequirements
- Participateinprojectmeetingsandprovideupdatesonprojectstatus,risks,andtimelines
- Helpidentifyandresolveprojectissues,delays,orcoordinationchallenges
- Ensureadherencetosafetystandards,companypolicies,andprojectspecifications
- Maintainaccurateprojectrecords,reports,anddocumentation





WhatYouBringtotheTeam

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.)
- DiplomaordegreeinConstructionEngineering,CivilEngineering,orBuildingScienceisanasset
- Experiencesupportingprojectsinafast-pacedcommercialconstructionenvironment
- ProficiencyinAutoCAD,Bluebeam,MSOffice,and/orestimatingsoftware
- Strongunderstandingofconstructiondrawings,specifications,andprojectworkflows
- Excellentorganizational,communication,andcoordinationskills
- Strongproblem-solvingabilitieswithattentiontodetail
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkbothindependentlyandcollaboratively
- EagernesstogrowintoaProjectManagerrole
