As a Lean Business/Process Analyst, you will analyze data, uncover opportunities, and help optimize processes across the Distribution Centre. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What you’ll do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles such as FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities in existing business processes
- Gather project requirements by working with other members of the Lean team and other stakeholders
- Perform detailed root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services
- Identify areas of possible system improvement to enhance overall business performance, accounting for budgetary concerns and business goals
- Support implementation of business solutions and carryout necessary practices and processes
- Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance enterprise systems
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent would be considered an asset
- Detail oriented with the ability to think critically and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment
- 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization
- Knowledge in Agile project management – familiar with Jira and Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with change management and process adoption
