Fast paced specialty cleaner looking for a Call Centre Customer Service Representative to work out of our Etobicoke and North York facility.

Responsibilities

- Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in timely manner
- Identify clients needs, clarify information research every issue and provide solutions
- Keep detailed records of conversations in our database
- Scheduling pick up and deliveries
- Answering emails and providing quotes to clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Proficient working with Microsoft excel

Skills

- Strong problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
