We want to meet you.Your RoleYou will be the key contact person on the construction site.You will work closely with the project manager, our team leaders, our carpenters, and our partners. Your role will be to transform plans into reality while maintaining the level of quality expected at SIROY.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Reviewing plans, specifications, technical details, and project objectivesPlanning short-term work according to the overall scheduleOrganizing work sequences and anticipating next stepsCoordinating our carpentry teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveriesEnsuring everyone has the necessary information, materials, and accessMonitoring daily progress and promptly reporting any deviations from the scheduleChecking the quality of execution and adherence to plans and QuotesInspect the work before it is coveredIdentify technical issues, document situations, and propose solutionsLead site meetings and ensure follow-up on decisionsDocument the project's progress with our reports, photos, and management toolsEnsure health and safety and maintain a clean and well-organized worksiteCoordinate inspections, follow-up on deficiencies, and site closure.The objective: to move the project forward efficiently, without ever sacrificing quality, safety,



or respect for everyone's work.The ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who is passionate about construction and knows how to lead a team without raising their voice.You must:Have several years of experience Experience as a superintendent, foreman, or in a comparable roleHave worked in high-end residential construction, major renovations, or on complex projectsHave a good understanding of construction methods and sequencesBe very comfortable reading plans and specificationsHave solid knowledge of structure, building envelope, and finishingBe able to plan several steps in advanceHave sound judgment and a knack for finding solutionsBe self-reliant and highly organizedCommunicate clearly with tradespeople, professionals, and clientsBe comfortable using digital site monitoring toolsHold a valid ASP Construction certificateHold a valid driver's license and be able to travel between sites Construction sites.A journeyman carpenter-joiner card and hands-on experience with tools are significant assets.At SIROY, leadership isn't about shouting.
