OverviewThis is a full time permanent opportunity based in the Greater Toronto Area, with a flexible hybrid model requiring in-office collaboration 2–3 times per month.Our client is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join their growing presales team.Reporting to senior leadership within Solution Engineering, this individual will play a key role in supporting enterprise sales initiatives by delivering consultative solution design, product demonstrations, and technical expertise throughout the customer evaluation process.ResponsibilitiesLead consultative discussions with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to uncover business challenges and solution requirementsDeliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to both business and technical audiencesBuild and configure proof-of-concepts aligned to prospect and customer needsPartner closely with Sales teams to support account strategy and drive successful deal executionAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle,



including solution design and best practices guidanceTranslate customer business and technical requirements to internal delivery and implementation teamsIdentify opportunities for account growth and expansion through additional solution use casesSupport process improvement and reusable solution development across demos, automation, and customer engagementsQualifications4+ years of existing Presales/Solutions Consulting experienceStrong understanding of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial consolidation processesExperience delivering presentations, demos, or workshops to senior business stakeholdersPost-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large datasetsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex conceptsExperience with financial systems, automation tools, reporting platforms, or data processes is considered an assetComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environmentStrong curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset with interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools
