Job Summary

As a Snow Removal Labourer, you'll be an essential part of our winter operations team, helping keep commercial properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. This seasonal, on-call position requires flexibility and the ability to respond on short notice throughout the winter season, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

What You’ll Do

- Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, snowplows, salt spreaders, and other winter maintenance equipment as required .
- Remove snow and ice from commercial sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, walkways, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other hand tools.
- Apply salt, sand, and other de-icing materials to improve traction and maintain safe site conditions.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday call-outs .
- Work safely in cold temperatures, snowstorms, and other winter weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and any concerns.
- Help ensure work is completed efficiently while preventing damage to client property.




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Represent Clintar professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

We're looking for team members who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond when winter weather arrives.

Previous snow removal experience is considered an asset but is not required .

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in challenging winter weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to report to assigned work locations.

Available for on-call shifts from November through April , including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
