As part of the IT team, you will report to the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and OT. Your primary role involves configuring and maintaining workstations, mobile devices, and software to ensure seamless operations. You will also support compliance with corporate information security standards and perform troubleshooting for various IT challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and install IT equipment for operational sites
• Provide user support through in office and remote interventions
• Manage security and access rights according to policies




• Conduct research and liaise with vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain technical documentation and equipment standards
Requirements:
• College diploma in IT or Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of technical support experience
• Proficiency in Windows environments and management tools
• Knowledge of mobile device management practices
