We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Plant Manager to lead our shop with focus on structural steel, welding, and CNC processing. This role calls for a hands-on leader to manage a dedicated team while enhancing operations through innovative processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of ProMart’s fabrication facility
• Build production plans based on project priorities
• Ensure timely availability of materials and information
• Monitor productivity and support project schedules
• Coordinate closely with project management and quality teams
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in industrial fabrication
• Proven background as a Plant Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of structural steel and CNC processing
• Ability to read shop and engineering drawings
• Experience in ISO certified environments preferred
