Business Analyst

Job Description

The Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze workflows, develop user stories and functional specifications, create Figma prototypes, support development, lead QA testing, coordinate UAT, and maintain the product backlog.

Technology Stack: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, Java, and React.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. Business Analysis and Requirements Management

- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Proficiency in user stories, acceptance criteria, Visio, and process mapping.
- Experience with workflow optimization, systems re-engineering, and SQL.

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.




- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

3. Technical Tools and Proficiency

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel is an asset.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions is an asset.

4. Systems Optimization and Digital Transformation

- Experience improving workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting digital transformation.
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Governance and Compliance

- Familiarity with project governance, ITIL, information security, regulatory compliance, and service delivery processes.
