**DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW** The **HR Governance & Control Team** is responsible for providing oversight and challenge to ensure that HR Canada and HR Europe, Asia Pacific (EAP) business partners effectively identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with their day-to-day operations, activities, products, and services. The team supports adherence to the organization's risk appetite and ensures alignment with enterprise governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. **SUMMARY*** As a member of the HR Governance & Control 1B team, this role requires the expertise to assess and validate HR business adherence to enterprise governance standards, regulatory requirements, and related expectations.* The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of business operations, risk management, and control frameworks.
