Conduct clinical assessments Prepare disability assessment documentation for VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) Personalized Pain Management Prescribe medical compounds and products essential to a patients’ wellness journey Advise, refer, develop and execute personalized evidence-based treatment plans Educational guidance on individuals’ healthcare Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in conjunction with suggested treatment plans What We’re Looking For: Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Comfortable with EMRs and digital tools Passion for patient-centered care and impact Salary: 155K – 185K Annually Extended health benefits Dental care Applicants must have the right to work in Canada.
