WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Servecustomerswithenthusiasmandrespondtotheirneedsbyconductingvarioussearches;
• Respondtointernalrequestsfromshoptechnicians;
• Efficientlymaintaininventorymovementsin the parts system andkeepaccurateinventoryat all times;
• Organizeshowroom displays tomeetcustomerneeds;
• Ensurethereceivingand shipping of parts merchandise;
• Sellall types ofcomplementaryorrelatedproductsbasedon thecustomer’sinitialrequest;
• Alwayscomplywithworkplacehealthandsafetystandards andpolicies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Experience as a parts clerk (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset.
• A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.
• Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.
• Robust skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
