Rate: 50-60/hr Fully remote 6 months contract- possibility of extension Our team is seeking Customer Identity Management (CIM) Consultants to support the delivery of a managed service engagement. This opportunity involves supporting ongoing platform operations, change requests, and application onboarding activities within a customer identity and access management environment. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in customer IAM technologies such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, or similar customer identity platforms, who are comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced managed services environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 3+ years Experience supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM/CIM) solutions.

- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: ○ Ping Identity (preferred) ○ Okta ○ Transmit Security ○ Auth0 ○ Other comparable customer identity platforms • Experience supporting production environments through ticket management and change requests.




- Knowledge of authentication and identity protocols such as: ○ SAML ○ OAuth 2.0 ○ OpenID Connect (OIDC) ○ MFA • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Previous experience in a managed services environment.
- Experience onboarding applications into customer IAM platforms.
- Understanding of identity governance, customer authentication journeys, and federation concepts.
- Consulting or skilled services experience supporting enterprise clients.
