Runs the re-order report, creates requisitions, and re-orders stock at established re-order points and quantities, adjusting for seasonality or other influencing factor. Counts and reconciles inventory, in accordance with established schedules. Places and processes non-inventory orders with defined vendors, for other divisions. Processes petty cash receipts. Updates and creates new SAP inventory files, as required. Operates assorted materials-handling equipment including forklift. Administers weigh scale process. Processes monthly accounts receivable billings. Maintains a secure, clean working environment. Prepares expediting report and follows-up on back orders. Liaises with Accounts Payable to resolve issues regarding inventory and payment irregularities; makes adjustmentsas necessary. Liaises with individuals, departments, and suppliers on inventory issues including selection, quality, and quantity. Assists in asset disposal and product return processes. Performs such other related duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum secondary school graduation; or Equivalent combination or education,
