As the Director of Compensation, you will provide leadership across 110+ luxury properties globally. Collaborate with People and Culture leaders to ensure effective compensation practices that meet market standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing incentive plans, salary surveys, and compensation data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee global compensation programs for luxury properties • Manage full Fairmont & Raffles compensation cycle • Drive Short-Term Incentive Plan processes • Serve as a compensation point of contact globally • Prepare market analyses and respond to data requests
