This role requires a nurse practitioner to provide comprehensive primary health care services while emphasizing the social determinants of health. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary health care to all ages

• Develop health care plans with clients and families

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Nursing and NP Certification
• 2-3 years primary care or community nursing experience
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Extended Class
• Knowledge of health promotion/illness prevention
• French proficiency is a solid asset
