Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Home Care Attendant for Oakbank Kin Place Health on a casual relief basis. Under the Home Care Resource Coordinator, you will deliver personal care and support per the care plan to help clients stay independent at home.

Must have a Health Care Aide certificate, robust communication, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, ensuring safety, and collaborating with health
