You'll work closely with industry experts from Land, Production, Accounting, and Transportation to identify high-impact challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Your hands-on approach will influence the architecture and technical choices while mentoring upcoming talent as our lab grows.

Key Responsibilities:



• Frame AI problems with industry experts for real-world applications • Architect and build LLM applications on PakEnergy products • Select models and vendors based on thorough evaluation • Develop document AI solutions for energy documents • Collaborate with solution engineers to pilot features with customers

Requirements: • 8+ years in software or ML systems development • 2+ years in LLM applications with real user impact • Proven track record in technical direction for AI systems • Hands-on experience in retrieval-augmented generation • Strong proficiency in Python and cloud deployment
