Responsibilities

- Monitor access points to control entry and exit for visitors, staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals are granted access
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises, identify suspicious activities, and prevent theft or vandalism
- Perform security patrols of the property to detect potential hazards or breaches in security protocols
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
- Assist visitors and residents with inquiries, directions, or assistance to foster a positive environment




- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing behaviors and conducting inspections when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and record-keeping purposes

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and security technology is essential
- Knowledge of loss prevention methods and best practices for safeguarding property and assets
- Solid observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse individuals and emergency personnel
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive situations professionally
